This book has helped me alot I didn't realise other women felt the same as me after having a section. I bought this book four years ago after having an emergency section. I still look at it when I feel the pain of my section. I had two normal deliveries then an emergency section this book helped me to cope as I didn't feel as if I had given birth. I have recommended it to others I wouldn't be without it. It is the only thing that helped me to cope after my emergency section.
