I have returned the book as I feel it is to far advanced for a second year student nurse. It does not have has a glossery which is a must when you have a work book to complete and an exam to do on research.
I have found it impossiable to get in touch with yourselves for me to return this book, as I understand I have to have authorisation. I returned the book to yourselves on the 22/05/2004, my credit card has not debited please do so.
