Customer Reviews:

5 out of 5 stars Brilliant resource for all midwives/students   January 20, 2008
This book is a brilliant resource with the individual chapters written by noted authors within the profession. It does recognise and acknowledge that many midwives trained in a different era and encourages their return to study by making this book user-friendly. I found it very useful.
Student midwives will recognise the decision-making frameworks and it is an invaluable reference.
A comprehensive glossary and easy to read text makes this a 'must' for any midwifery study.

What a fab book, at last it all makes sense!

The book is split into chapters for ease of reading, with relevant application to practice.

This book is an absolute must for any students/ midwives undertaking study into decision making. includes decision making frameworks, management, supervision, role of the midwife, using evidence, the list goes on! buy it, you won't be dissapointed........
